Last release of 2019! I think Go Gently has a really laid-back charm that just invites me to take it easy and let go my troubles. In many ways I think I have a pretty easy life, but that doesnt seem to guarantee that I won’t end up getting myself stressed sometimes. Go Gently offers that gentle reminder which we all sometimes need to not take it all too seriously. I hope it brings you peace and happiness.
This track is also a special one for me because I used a photo I took of my beloved partner Lyndall Kay, walking on a lovely deserted beach in the Cooring region of South Australia. A lovely reminder of a happy time.
